SEDEI creates technologies and services that allow users to connect with each other, create communities and grow companies. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the eGazette, emailBOOK and other products, features, apps, services, technologies and software offered by SEDEI (the SEDEI Products or the Products), except as to which the application of separate conditions (different from these) is expressly declared. The Products in question are supplied to the user by SEDEI.

Unless we specify otherwise, we do not charge you for your use of eGazette or any of the other products and services covered by these Terms. However, we are paid by companies, organizations and others to show you ads about their products and services. Our products and services allow you to connect with friends and communities and receive personalized ads and content that we believe may be relevant to you and your interests. By using our Products, you understand that we will display adverts that we believe are relevant to you and your interests. We use your personal data to better determine which personalized ads to show.

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers, and we do not share information that directly identifies you (information such as your name, email address, or other contact information) with advertisers without your specific permission. user. Instead, advertisers can tell SEDEI things like the type of audience their ads are targeting, and SEDEI will show those ads to users who may be interested. We provide advertisers with reports on the performance of their ads to help them understand how users engage with their content. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information in order to determine some of the ads you see and to provide all of the other services described below. You may also access the relevant SEDEI product settings pages at any time to review the privacy choices you have regarding our use of your data.

1. Services offered by eGazette

Our goal is to empower users to build community and make the world more united. To achieve this, we provide you with the Products and services described below:

Provide a personalized user experience:

The eGazette experience is unique for every user, from the posts, stories, events, ads and other content you see in the eGazette News Feed or video platform to the eGazette Pages you follow and other features you may use (e.g. eGazette Market and eGazette search). For example, we use data about the connections you make, the choices and settings you make, and what you share and do on and off our Products to personalize your experience.

Connecting you with people and organizations of interest:

we help you find and connect with people, groups, companies, organizations, and others of interest to you in the SEDEI Products you use. We use the data to make suggestions to you and others (e.g. groups to join, events to attend, eGazette Pages to follow or message, shows to watch, and people you might want to hang out with friendship). Stronger connections improve communities, and we believe our services are most useful when they connect people to other people, groups and organizations of interest.

Possibility to express oneself and communicate in relation to the user's topics of interest:

eGazette offers many ways to express yourself and to communicate with friends, family and others on topics that interest you: for example, share status updates, photos, videos and stories about the SEDEI Products in use (consistent with your settings) , send messages, make calls or video calls with a friend or with several people, create events or groups and add content to your profile; furthermore, it is possible to access insights relating to people's interactions with user content. We have also developed (and continue to explore) new ways to leverage technology, such as augmented reality and 360° video to create and share more expressive and engaging content about SEDEI Products.

Discovery of content, products and services vices that may be of interest to the user:

we show you personalized ads, offers, and other sponsored or commercial content that enables you to discover content, products, and services offered by various companies and organizations that use eGazettes and other SEDEI Products. This is explained in more detail in Section 2.

Promoting the safety, security and integrity of our services, combating harmful behavior, and keeping our user community safe:

People create communities on SEDEI Products only if they feel safe and protected. We are committed to ensuring the protection (including availability, authenticity, integrity and confidentiality) of our Products and services. We employ dedicated teams around the world, work with partners, external service providers and other relevant entities, develop advanced technical systems to detect potential misuse of our Products, harmful behavior towards others and situations where we may be able to help to support or protect our community, including to respond to user reports in the event of a potential violation. If we become aware of any such content or conduct, we will take appropriate action: notifying you, offering help, removing content, removing or limiting access to certain features, disabling an account, or contacting law enforcement. We share data with other SEDEI companies when we detect misuse or harmful behavior in the use of our Products or to ensure the safety of the SEDEI Products, users and the community. SEDEI exploits and develops advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning systems and augmented reality, to allow users to use their Products safely, regardless of their physical abilities or their geographical location . For example, these technologies help visually impaired users understand the content or subject of a photo or video shared on eGazette or IMAFLO. We also build sophisticated communications networks and technologies to help more people connect to the Internet in areas with limited access. And we develop automated systems to improve our ability to protect the community and the Products.

Finding ways to improve your services:

SEDEI engages in research aimed at developing, testing and improving its Products. This includes analyzing data about our users and understanding how users use our Products, for example through surveys and tests and troubleshooting new features. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is used to support research to develop and improve our services.

Offering consistent and seamless experiences in SEDEI's companies' Products:

the Products help you find and connect with people, groups, companies, organizations and other stakeholders. We design our systems to provide you with a consistent and seamless experience across the various SEDEI Company Products that you use. For example, we use data about the people you interact with on eGazette to make it easier for you to connect with them on IMAFLO or emailBOOK, and we offer the ability to communicate with the companies you follow on eGazette via emailBOOK.

Guaranteed access to our services:

to operate our services and enable you to connect with others globally, we need to transfer, store and distribute content and data between our data centers, partners, service providers, vendors and systems around the world, including outside your country of residence. The use of this global infrastructure is necessary and essential to provide our services. This infrastructure may be owned, operated or controlled by SEDEI or its affiliated companies.

2. How eGazette services are funded

Instead of paying for the use of the eGazette and the other products and services it offers, using i SEDEI products governed by these Terms, the user acknowledges that SEDEI may display customized advertisements and other commercial and sponsored content, the promotion of which within and outside the products of SEDEI companies takes place against payment by companies and organizations . We use your personal data (e.g. information about your activities and interests) to show you personalized ads and sponsored content that you may find relevant.

Protecting your privacy is an integral part of how our personalized ad system is designed. This means that we can show you relevant and useful ads without revealing your identity to advertisers. We do not sell your personal data. We allow advertisers to indicate things like their business goals and the type of audience they want their ads to show to (e.g. users aged 18-35 who are passionate about cycling). We then show ads to users we think may be interested.

We also provide advertisers with reports on the performance of their ads to enable them to understand how users engage with their content within and outside of SEDEI's products. For example, we provide general demographics and interest information to advertisers to help them better understand their audience, such as the fact that an advert was seen by a woman between the ages of 25 and 34 who lives in Madrid and who likes software engineering. We do not share information that directly identifies you (information such as your name or email address that can be used to contact or identify you) without your specific permission. We collect and use your personal data to provide you with the services described above. You can find more information about how data is collected and used in the Privacy Policy. You can control the types of ads and advertisers you see, as well as the types of information we use to determine which ads to show you.

3. Your commitments to eGazette and its community

eGazette provides these services to you and others to achieve its objective. In return, the user must undertake the following commitments:

1. Who can use eGazette

When opinions and actions are rooted in people, our community is safer and more responsible. For this reason, the user is required to:

• use the same name for your account that you use in real life;
• provide accurate personal information;
• create only one account (your own) and use it for personal purposes;
• do not share your password, grant access to your eGazette account to others or transfer your account to others (without SEDEI's authorization).

Our goal is to make the eGazette available to everyone, but its use is prohibited in the following cases:

• For users who are under 13 years old
• For users convicted of sexual assault
• For users whose account has previously been disabled for violating our Terms, the Community Standards, or any laws and conditions that apply to their use of the eGazette. In the event that your account is disabled due to a violation of our Terms, Community Standards, or other terms and regulations, you agree not to create another account without our permission. Permission to create a new account is provided in our sole discretion and does not mean or imply that the disciplinary action was wrongful or unreasonable.
• For users who are not authorized by applicable law to receive our products, services or software

2. Sharable elements and authorized conduct in SEDEI Products

We want people who use SEDEI Products to be able to express themselves and share content that is important to them, but without jeopardizing the safety and well-being of others or the integrity of our community. Therefore, you agree not to engage in the conduct described below (or to assist or assist others in engaging in it):

1. You may not use the Products to engage in conduct or share the following content:

• Content that violates these Terms, the Community Standards, and other terms and laws applicable to your use of our Products.
• Unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or fraudulent content (or content that encourages a person to use our Products in such a way).

2. You may not upload viruses or harmful code, use the Services to send spam, or do anything else that could disable, overburden, interfere with, or impede the proper functioning, integrity, operation, or appearance of the our services, systems or Products.
3. You may not access or collect data from our Products using automated means (without SEDEI's prior permission) or attempt to access data that you do not have permission to access. We also reserve all of our rights in relation to data and text mining.
4. You may not solicit, collect, or use Product usernames and passwords on behalf of another user, or misappropriate access tokens.
5. You may not sell, license or buy data obtained from us or our services, except as provided in the Platform Terms.
6. You may not misuse the channels to report, dispute or complain, such as by submitting fraudulent, repetitive or unsubstantiated reports or complaints.

We may remove or block content that violates these provisions. We may also suspend or disable your account for a breach of these provisions, as set forth in Section 4.2.

If we remove content you share because of a violation of the Community Standards, we will notify you and explain your options to request a review, unless you are a serious or repeated violator of these Terms or in the if removal exposes SEDEI or others to legal liability, harms our community of users, impairs or interferes with the integrity or operation of our services, systems or Products, is restricted due to technical limitations, or is prohibited from doing so for legal reasons. To support our community, we encourage you to report content or conduct that you believe violates your rights (including intellectual property rights) or our terms and laws, if this feature is provided in your jurisdiction.

We may also remove or limit access to content, services, features or user information, if we determine that such action is reasonably necessary to avoid or reduce misuse of our services or negative legal impact or consequences on SEDEI.

3. Permissions You Grant to eGazette

You must grant certain permissions in order for eGazette to provide its services:

1. Permissions to Use Content You Create and Share: Some content you share or upload, such as photos or videos, may be protected by intellectual property laws.

You own the intellectual property rights (aspects such as copyrights or trademarks) in the content you create and share on the eGazette and other SEDEI company products that you use. Nothing in these Terms deprives the user of the rights he holds in relation to his content. The user is free to share his content with anyone, wherever he wants.

However, in order to provide our services, you need to grant us certain legal permissions (known as "licenses") to use the content in question. The purpose of such use is solely to provide and improve our Products and services, as described in Section 1 above.

Specifically, when you share, post or upload content protected by intellectual property rights in connection with or in connection with our Products, you are granting a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, valid license worldwide for the storage, use, distribution, modification, performance, copying, public performance or display, translation and creation of derivative works of your content (subject to privacy and user app settings). This implies, for example, that if you share a photo on eGazette, you authorize us to store, copy and share it with other parties (always subject to your settings), such as SEDEI service or product suppliers who support such products and services. This license will cease to exist once you delete your content from our the systems.

You may delete individual content that you share, post and upload at any time. In addition, all content posted to your personal account will be deleted if you delete your account. Deleting your account doesn't automatically delete content you post as a Page admin or content you create collectively with other users, such as photos in Shared Albums that may still be visible to other album members.

It may take up to 90 days after we begin the process of deleting an account or after we receive a request to delete content to delete content. If the user moves content to the trash, the deletion process will automatically begin after 30 days, unless the user chooses to delete the content sooner. During the process of deleting the contents, they are no longer visible to other users. Once content is deleted, removal from backup and disaster recovery systems may require an additional period of up to 90 days.

Content will not be deleted within 90 days of initiating the account and content deletion process in the following situations:

• Your content has been used by other users in accordance with this license and has not been deleted (in which case, this license will continue to apply until your content is deleted).
• Deletion of content within 90 days is not feasible due to technical limitations of our systems. In this case, we will complete the deletion as soon as technically possible.
• Where immediate deletion would limit our ability to:
• detect or investigate illegal activities or violations of SEDEI terms and regulations (eg, identify or investigate misuse of our Products or systems);
• protect the security and integrity of our Products, systems, services, employees and users, and defend the company itself;
• comply with legal obligations for the conservation of evidence, including data stored by SEDEI companies that provide financial services and products in compliance with the record keeping obligations established by law; or
• comply with a request from judicial or administrative authorities, law enforcement or government agencies.

In these cases, the contents will be kept for no longer than necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were kept (the exact duration will vary according to the situation).

In each of the above cases, the license will continue to exist until the contents are completely deleted.

2. Permission to Use Your Name, Profile Picture, and Information About Your Actions in Connection with Sponsored or Commercial Content and Advertisements: You consent to us using your name, profile picture, and related information to actions taken on eGazette in connection with or in connection with advertisements, offers and other sponsored or commercial content that we display within our Products, without any compensation to the benefit of the user. For example, we may show your friends that you are interested in a sponsored event or that you have "liked" an eGazette Page created by a brand that has paid us to display their ads on the platform. Advertisements and content of this kind may only be viewed by individuals who have the user's authorization to view their actions on SEDEI Products. 3. Permission to update software you use or download: If you download or use our software, you grant SEDEI permission to download and install updates to the software, where available.
4. Restrictions on Use of eGazette Intellectual Property

If you use content covered by intellectual property rights owned by eGazette and made available in the eGazette Products (e.g. images, designs, videos or sounds that you provide and which you add to content created or shared on eGazette) , eGazette reserves all rights in such content (not including your own). You may use SEDEI's copyrights or trademarks (or any similar marks) only as expressly permitted by the Brand Usage Guidelines or with SEDEI's prior written permission. You must obtain our written permission (or permission under an open source license) to modify, translate, create derivative works from, decompile, or reverse engineer ring products or components or otherwise seek to obtain our source code, except as specifically excepted or restricted by applicable law or unless your conduct is related to the SEDEI Program.

5. Updated eGazette Terms

We are constantly working to improve our services and develop new features that improve the Products for you and our community. As a result, we may need to update these Terms from time to time to accurately reflect our services and practices, promote a safe experience on our Products and services, and/or comply with applicable law. We will make changes only if the provisions are no longer appropriate or if they are incomplete and only in cases where such changes are reasonable for the user and take due consideration of his interests or in cases where such changes are required for purposes of protection and safety or in compliance with applicable laws.

We will notify you (e.g. by email or through our Products) at least 30 days before making changes to these Terms and give you an opportunity to review them before they become effective, unless the changes are imposed by law. Once the updated Terms go into effect, you will be bound by them if you continue to use our Products.

We hope you continue to use our Products. However, if the user does not accept the updated Terms and intends to leave the SEDEI community, he can delete his account at any time.

2. Suspension or termination of your account

The eGazette's goal is to make its users feel welcome and free to express themselves and share their thoughts and ideas.

If we determine that you have clearly, severely or repeatedly violated any of our terms or policies, including in particular the Community Standards, we may suspend or permanently disable your access to SEDEI Company Products and disable or permanently delete your account. We may also disable or delete your account if you repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of other users or if we are legally required to do so.

We may disable or delete your account if you do not confirm it after registration, if it is not used and remains inactive for a substantial period of time, or if we detect that someone may have used it without your consent and we are not able to confirm account ownership. If we do so, we will notify you and explain your options for requesting a review, unless doing so would expose us or others to legal liability, harm our user community, undermine or interfere with the integrity or functioning of our services, systems or Products, there are restrictions due to technical limitations or where it is prohibited to do so for legal reasons.

If your account is deleted by you or disabled/deleted by us, these Terms will cease to apply as a contract between you and us, but the following provisions will remain in effect: 3.3.1, 4.2-4.5.

3. Limitations of Liability

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit our liability for death, personal injury or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by our negligence or prejudice to your statutory rights.

We will exercise due professional care in providing you with our Products and services and in ensuring a safe, secure and error-free environment. Provided it has acted in accordance with its professional diligence, SEDEI accepts no liability in respect of losses which are not caused by its breach of these Terms or otherwise attributable to its actions, losses not reasonably foreseeable by you and by SEDEI at the time of acceptance of these Terms and in relation to events beyond SEDEI's reasonable control.

4. Disputes

In the event of any complaint or dispute relating to your use of SEDEI's Products as a consumer, you and SEDEI agree to resolve the dispute and respective individual complaints before a competent court of the user's principal country of residence who has jurisdiction over it. In this case, the laws of the country in question apply, regardless conflict of laws provisions.

If you have a claim or dispute arising out of your use of the SEDEI Products in any other capacity, including, without limitation, your access to and use of the SEDEI Products for any business or commercial purpose, or that a legal entity files on behalf of the user, the latter agrees that the dispute or claim will be resolved before a competent court in Italy and accepts the application of the Italian laws, regardless of the provisions on conflict of laws.

6. These Terms (formerly known as the Statement of Rights and Responsibilities) represent the entire agreement between you and SEDEI relating to the use of our Products and supersede any prior agreements.
7. Some of the Products we offer are also governed by additional terms. In case of use of one of the Products in question, the user will be offered the possibility of accepting the additional conditions which will become part of the agreement with the user. For example, if you access or use the Products for any commercial or business purpose, such as buying ads, selling products, developing apps, managing a group or Page for your business, or using measurement, you must agree to our Terms of Business. If you post or share music content, you must comply with the eGazette Music Guidelines. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any additional terms, the additional terms apply to the extent of the conflict.
8. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, then the unenforceable portion will be deemed amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and if it cannot be made enforceable, then it will be severed and the remainder of these Terms will remain valid and continue to apply. take effect. Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not in any way constitute a waiver. Any modification or waiver of these Conditions must be made in writing and signed by SEDEI.
9. You will not transfer any of your rights or obligations specified in these Terms to anyone else without SEDEI's consent.
10. You may appoint a person (called a legacy contact) to manage your memorialized account. If you allow it in your settings, only a legacy contact or a person designated in a valid will or similar legal document who clearly consents to the disclosure of content in the event of death or incapacity will be able to request limited disclosure. of information from your account, once it is memorialized.

14. If ownership or control of all or part of our Products or related assets changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner.

• Commercial Terms: These terms apply if you also access or use our Products for any commercial or business purpose, including advertising, use of an app on our Platform, use of measurement services, group or group management, a Page for a business or sale of goods or services.
• Community Payment Terms: These terms apply to payments made on or through SEDEI Products.
• Sales regulations: these guidelines explain the regulations applied when offering products or services for sale on EGazette, IMAFLO and EmailBOOK.
• Music Guidelines: These guidelines describe the laws that apply if you post or share any content with music on SEDEI Products.
• Advertising regulations: these regulations apply to partners who advertise through SEDEI's Products and specify what types of advertising content are allowed by partners who advertise in SEDEI's Products.
• Self-Serve Advertising Terms: These terms apply to your use of the Self-Serve Advertising Interfaces to create, send, or post advertisements or other commercial or sponsored content or activities.
• eGazette Pages, Groups and Events Policy: These guidelines apply if you create or administer an eGazette Page, group or event, or if you use the eGazette to communicate or administer a promotion.
• SEDEI Platform Policy: These terms apply to your use of all APIs, SDKs, tools, plug-ins, code, technologies, content, and services that enable others to develop functionality, retrieve data from SEDEI's Products, or provide us with data.
• Developer Payment Terms: These terms apply to app developers using eGazette Payments.
• SEDEI Brand Assets: These guidelines explain the regulations applicable to the use of SEDEI trademarks, logos and screenshots.
• Recommendations Guidelines: The eGazette Recommendations Guidelines and IMAFLO Recommendations Guidelines set out our standards for what content to recommend and not recommend.
• eGazette Live Policies: These policies apply to all content transmitted through eGazette Live.
• Messaging Services Terms relevant to EU, EEA and UK users: The terms applicable to the messaging, calling and video calling services included in the eGazette Products are listed pursuant to EU rules.
